Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local&travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Colorado (UCH) and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Colorado (UCH).

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Special Requests:10 RTO days max approved. RTO is not allowed during June 28- July 9, 2026, September 2– September 12, 2026, and October 25 – November 4, 2026. Flexibility may be considered for harder-to-fill positions.

Unit Details:Adult patient population.Oncology/GYN-ONC/Palliative/Med Tele unit.Ratios: 1:4 day shift, 1:5 night shift. Nurse-to-patient ratios may flex up based on staffing and unit needs. While additional support is provided, candidates must be comfortable with and have prior experience working in environments with flexible staffing ratios.

Shift&Scheduling:Rotating 3x12 shifts: day 7:00-19:30 and night 19:00-7:30; various days of the week.Weekend requirement: per unit needs.No call.

Floating Requirements:Floating as required and may float to sister facilities based on facility needs.
