Short Form Producer

We’re looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented Shortform Producer to lead the ideation, scripting, and production of shortform content across Nick DiGiovanni’s social media platforms. You should have a proven track record creating shortform videos that drive serious views and engagement — ideally for a major creator, media brand, or your own fast-growing account. This role requires someone who can think like a strategist, write like a storyteller, and execute like a production, all at once. Who You’ll Work With As the Shortform Producer, you’ll collaborate closely with Nick DiGiovanni, his videographers, editors, producers, and the broader digital team. You’ll be at the center of the content creation process for shorts, assisting in coming up with big ideas and bringing them to life. What You’ll Bring to the Team Demonstrated success creating viral content professionally on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Deep understanding of social media trends, culture, memes and what makes videos go viral Currently based in or will relocate to Boston, MA with a car and valid driver’s license Oversee full-cycle production for all projects across shortform — from early concepting to scripting, pre-production, on-set execution and filming Work closely with talent, videographers, editors, and the broader digital team to ensure ideas are executed properly and efficiently Identify and solve problems in real time on set and during prep; anticipate needs before they arise Communicate clearly and professionally with talent, team members, and external partners #J-18808-Ljbffr Chef Nick DiGiovanni
