ABA Behavioral Therapist (Technician)$20 - $26/hr. DOE.Full time Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-6pm$500 Sign On Bonus for active RBT's! As a behavior therapist you work with children and families in clinic, home, daycares, and/or community settings (outings). You use play and daily routines to teach children with developmental disabilities a variety of skills. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) we strive to create a world without limits.Responsibilities of the Behavior Technician:Work 1:1 with clients using ABA and PRT StrategiesComplete data collection, in-service notes and procedures as outlined by SupervisorsParticipate in all trainings, evaluations and team meetingsCommunicate frequently and effectively with team membersBring required materials as needed (toys, iPad, etc. provided by In STEPPS)Follow schedule as determined by administrative staff and supervisors.Comply with all reporting requirements of the company, including all administrative, payroll submissions, billing information, etc., on a timely basis.Requirements:High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred!
