We are seeking a skilled Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technician to support industrial refrigeration systems for customers in the food and beverage, cold storage, pharmaceutical, and process manufacturing industries.

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial refrigeration systems
• Provide both routine preventive maintenance and emergency service support
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
• Manage service schedules, documentation, and customer communications
• Complete service reports and required paperwork accurately and on time
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional service
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and service calls

• Experience servicing refrigeration systems; ammonia refrigeration experience preferred
• Freon-based refrigeration experience is highly desirable
• Understanding of commercial ventilation, heating, refrigeration, and control systems
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• College degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
• Completion of a refrigeration or HVAC apprenticeship program is a plus
• OSHA 30, fall protection, arc flash, or other safety training preferred
