Position: Asphalt Foreman

AC Moate Industries is currently seeking hardworking, experienced individuals to fill the role ofAsphalt Foreman.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and manage all material tickets and receipts
• Inspect trucks to ensure all required tools and equipment are present
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on machines as needed
• Execute jobs professionally and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints and site maps (not required)
• Complete job reports, work orders, and safety check sheets
• Serve as a liaison between management and crew through clear communication
• Conduct pre-route safety checks and report maintenance needs
• Attend safety meetings and practice safe driving habits
• Apply materials as assigned
• Lead, delegate, and support crew members effectively
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Able to Crosstrain asphalt crew members

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a drug screening
• Valid Washington State drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work day and night shifts
• Willingness to travel for out-of-town work
• Weekend availability
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Minimum of3 years of verifiable asphalt experience
