Schedule Work Hours:

• Monday - Saturday 8a-12noon.     Monday - Saturday 8a-6p 

Job Summary

• Providing care for someone with dementia.     
• Companion care, Showering, Toileting, Dressing, Cleaning, Meal Prep.  
• Flexible schedule and someone who has experience with dememtia patients.

Responsibilities 

• Come to work on time and take pride and responsibility for your work
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with transferring
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

Qualifications

• Licensed HHA or CNA. 
• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred. 
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills. 
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical transfers.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
