Warehouse Picker & Packer

Location: Canton, MA
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, (Temporary – Potential for Permanent Hire)

Job Overview

We are currently seeking two dependable Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team for a temporary assignment lasting approximately 3 to 6 months . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, productivity, and a positive attitude may be considered for permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using a picking cart and RF scanner.
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
• Follow warehouse procedures and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
• Assist with inventory and other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience using an RF scanner is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional overtime may be available.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Weekly pay (if applicable).
