Manager, Corporate Finance Advisory

Responsibilities Lead complex financial modeling engagements, including integrated 3-statement models, cash flow models, and scenario analyses Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches, defining key drivers, assumptions, and outputs Evaluate business initiatives and financial alternatives, including capital raises, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and organic growth strategies Support transaction-related engagements through pro forma models, deal-structure analysis, and evaluation of stakeholder outcomes Develop and oversee scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, constraints, and key value drivers Support forecasting processes, budgets, and management reporting frameworks Review and refine financial models, analyses, and client deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and usability Manage day-to-day engagement execution, including timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination Communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and lenders Mentor and develop junior team members Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including the ability to build models from first principles and apply them to real-world business scenarios Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts Experience supporting transactions, capital structure analysis, or investment evaluation is preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build, review, and manage complex models Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to develop clear, client-ready presentations Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-service environment Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA) are a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates advanced financial modeling capabilities, including the development of integrated 3-statement models and scenario analyses, while effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
