Lead and oversee all audit and review processes for complete payroll operations Administer and manage 401K programs and employee benefit audits for a multi-state workforce of 2,000+ salaried employees Serve as the cross-functional leader bridging payroll staff and eight manufacturing sites Review and analyze payroll, benefit, and tax procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency Coordinate year-end processing of payroll, W-2 forms, and other critical tax documentation Company Description Multi-billion-dollar company!
