Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook food according to Heim BBQ recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and equipment
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Support the team during busy service times to meet customer expectations
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
