Job Skills / Requirements QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER/DISPATCHER Job Title: Quality Assurance/Field Supervisor Reports to: General Manager Hours: 32-40 Status: FT Hourly (non-exempt) Essential Functions and Responsibilities: To visit and do a quality assurance inspection of each manned site on a regular basis for compliance with all policies and procedures. To Document all Site Visits in E-Hub and/or Complete Report. To provide emergency relief to officers as needed. To assure that we are providing a quality service to our customers meeting all our commitments and duties. To Train/Guide and Mentor the Security officers with their job duties and responsibilities. To be an immediate response service when requested by any of the dispatchers or operations management team.
