Physician - Oncology

Job Details:

• Medical Oncology specialty position covering an outpatient clinic setting
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no holiday coverage and no overtime
• No call responsibilities required
• EMR system used is EPIC
• Patient volume of 14 to 16 patients per day consisting of new and established outpatient medical oncology and hematology patients
• Daily responsibilities include ordering treatment for patient population and managing results and in-basket items for patient care
• Collaborative support staff including RN and office staff available
• Board Certification in Medical Oncology, Hematology/Oncology, or Hematology only accepted
• Licensure candidates with Letter of Qualification in hand will be accepted
• 1 FTE needed to cover specific dates ranging from January through July 2027

The oncology department is supported by a collaborative team of registered nurses and office staff, and utilizes EPIC as its electronic medical record system.
