Stone Warehouse USA is a premier supplier of both natural and engineered stone in Florida with locations in Tampa, Naples & Orlando proudly catering to the B2B market for over 18 years. With 4 locations and plans for further expansion, we are dedicated to excellence in our industry.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Rep. for Orlando location to join our stone distribution location in Orlando (32812). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing stronger relationships with existing & new clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the stone or building materials industry
• Previous experience managing a sales team and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customers to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities and new clients.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to give idea about new products and services
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Salary:

• Base salary starting at 50k depending on the experience + commission on sales
