Outside Sales Representative

We're an established national leader in uniform rental and facility services . You'll own a protected territory selling recurring-revenue programs that businesses keep for years: uniform programs, floor mats, restroom and hygiene supplies, first aid, and facility service. You are not selling a one-and-done. You are building a book that pays you again every single month it stays on the truck.

The Mission

Own your territory and turn it into recurring revenue.

- Prospect daily: cold calls, in-person drop-ins, and networking

- Find the decision-maker, run the demo, and close new business

- Manage the full cycle from first contact to signed agreement

- Hit and beat clear weekly and monthly targets

You don't inherit accounts here. You go build them, and you keep earning on them.

Who Wins in This Role

- You've carried a B2B outside sales bag (uniform, facility services, payroll, medical, industrial, or route-based sales is a strong plus)

- You prospect without being told, and you know rejection is part of the math

- You're competitive, coachable, and you close

- You want a real base AND uncapped upside, not one or the other

What It Takes

- 1 to 3 years of B2B outside sales, ideally new-business hunting

- Comfortable cold calling and canvassing a territory in person

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar)

- High school diploma required, bachelor's a plus
