In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.Position SummaryCTEC is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our team. The Portfolio Manager supports planning and operational oversight of a portfolio of CBP BEMSD programs, applications, services, or initiatives. The position coordinates schedules, risks, dependencies, performance reporting, and stakeholder communications to support successful delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage portfolio plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.Coordinate activities across program managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and CBP representatives.Monitor portfolio performance against objectives, schedules, resources, and delivery commitments.Develop dashboards, reports, briefings, and recommendations for program and government leadership.Facilitate portfolio governance meetings and track decisions and follow-up actions.Support prioritization of enhancements, projects, operational needs, and competing demands.Identify delivery risks and coordinate mitigation plans.Support continuous improvement of portfolio processes, reporting, and governance.Required QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with government, contractor, and technical stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.8+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, project management, IT operations, or related work.Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams in a complex environment.Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsCBP/DHS or other federal agency experience.PMP, ITIL, or related certification.Experience with Agile/DevSecOps environments.Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar tools.Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, information technology, or a related discipline.Clearance: Preferred Active CBP clearance.
