Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Linden Place Center for Nursing | North Carolina Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the clinical team at Linden Place Center for Nursing. In this role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while serving as a key clinical leader within a supportive and team-focused environment. What You’ll Do Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and accurately document all treatments and resident responses Provide direct bedside care for a wide range of medical conditions, including pre- and post-surgical residents Monitor and manage specialized equipment while interpreting clinical and electronic data Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other ordered nursing procedures Educate residents and families regarding treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination What We’re Looking For Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina Current CPR and First Aid certification Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and patient education abilities Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented mindset A genuine commitment to resident-centered care Why Linden Place Center for Nursing?
