Maintenance Technician

Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our club running smoothly. Part-Time or Full-Time option available! Apply Today! Responsibilities: • Perform routine facility checks, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep throughout the club • Maintain cleanliness, function, and presentation of locker rooms, fitness areas, pools, and common spaces • Respond to operational needs, safety concerns, and member questions with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset • Assist with setup, breakdown, and event support as needed • Communicate maintenance concerns, facility needs, and operational updates clearly with leadership and team members • Be an integrated “Whatever is needed” member of HFAC’s team culture Qualifications: • Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working independently • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Comfortable performing hands-on maintenance and facility support tasks • Ability to lead with professionalism and enforce club policies when needed • Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment or supplies up to 50 lbs • CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to obtain certification within 60 days of hire • Experience in facilities, operations, customer service, maintenance, or athletics/fitness environments is a plus Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly BOE
