POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, a luxury resort in Ocala, is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple dining outlets.

You’ll lead service teams, support staff on the floor, and help drive an exceptional guest experience while managing staffing, inventory, costs, and operational performance .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee daily service across multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Lead shifts and provide hands-on support to service teams.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain high service standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop supervisors and team members.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Partner with culinary, banquet, stewarding, and hotel teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational compliance.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 3+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience.
• Background in a full-service restaurant, hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong team leadership and staff-development skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Multiple-outlet, upscale dining, or high-volume experience preferred.
• Wine or beverage program experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION

• $55,000–$60,000 annual salary, with flexibility based on experience.
