Sales Director, TOLA (TX, LA, OK) 1

Are you ready for a new challenge selling LAN, WLAN, IP PBX and UC technologies? We are seeking an experienced (5+ years) account director to sell our products and solutions with and through channel partners, both with a new logo and established clients across multiple vertical markets. This is a 100% work-from-home job and will require 50-75% travel. A regional sales director at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise is the CEO of their sales territory, with a great deal of autonomy in deciding on an appropriate strategy. Your prime objective is to hit your number, which is an annual product and service revenue quota for your territory, which will include some established customers in the states Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. Presenting our solutions and value propositions at sales meetings, trade shows and webinars (in-person and virtual) with customers, prospects and partners, supported by your dedicated sales engineering team Providing accurate forecasts using Salesforce. Required to live within the sales terrioty of Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
- Annual base salary of $100,000 to $115,000 with eligibility for quarterly commission performance up to 100% base salary.
- 3-6 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of finishing in the top 10%.
- 5 years successful selling experience in our target markets (Education, Healthcare, State and Local Government)
- Preferred customer relationships within the State and Local Government, Education and Healthcare sectors.
- Salesforce.com experience
