Speech Therapist - Home Care

About This Role Per Diem, Speech Therapist, Home Care, Emerson Health, Concord, MA Reporting to the Rehabilitation Team Lead, the Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for comprehensive patient management including evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention, and patient/family education for development and implementation of individualized care planning in the home setting. Opportunities include working directly in a multidisciplinary fashion, including specialty care groups such as Parkinson’s Disease, Covid Recovery and Post‑Acute Stroke care. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical skills in Speech‑Language Pathology, with opportunity for clinical growth through education, in‑services, and care management groups. This Home Care environment offers family‑friendly, flexible hours. Schedule Per Diem Day shift Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Pay Range $38.00 - $47.00 / Hourly Job Summary The role includes evaluation, diagnosis, intervention, patient/family education, individualized care planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Minimum Qualifications Education: Masters Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Experience: At least one year of prior Acute or Rehab experience is preferred. Licensure and/or Certification: MA SLP license; BLS required within 30 days from hire.
