As a Catering Assistant, THIS IS A PER DIEM POSITION. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our events run smoothly and our clients enjoy an elevated dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, decorations, and serving stations.
* Supporting food preparation and presentation under the direction of our culinary team.
* Transporting and carrying catering equipment and supplies (must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs).
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests during events.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workspaces and equipment.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and reliable individual with:
* At least 1 year of experience in catering, hospitality, or a related field.
* A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
* Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items (minimum of 50 lbs).
