As an LPN,you’lldeliver exceptional nursing care to our residents—ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at-homeenvironment. Your day-to-day will include:
Collaborating as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
Administering medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.
Providing exceptional customer service toresidents, families, andmedical partners goingabove and beyondtoensure an excellent experience.

Avalidand un-encumbered stateNursing License.
Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus, and a collaborative spirit is essential.
