Looking for a kitchen job that works with your schedule?

Stoltzfus Meats is looking for a Part-Time Grill Cook to join our team. We offer flexibility in scheduling and availability, making this a great opportunity for an experienced cook looking for additional hours or someone who needs work to fit around other commitments.

As a Grill Cook, you will help prepare quality food, keep orders moving, and work alongside our kitchen team to provide a great experience for our guests.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Operate grills and kitchen equipment safely
• Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and on time
• Maintain proper food handling and temperature controls
• Keep the grill station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Communicate with kitchen team members to maintain an efficient workflow
• Assist with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, grill, line cook, or kitchen experience preferred
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Willing to learn and support the kitchen team as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
