School Psychologist (Full-Time) | Sylva, NC

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district inSylva, North Carolina to hire a full-time School Psychologist for the upcomingschool year. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional whois passionate about supporting student success through comprehensive psychologicalservices and evaluations.

Position Details

Location: Sylva, NC
Position Type: Full-Time
Grade Levels: K-12
Setting: Onsite Only
Primary Responsibilities: Assessments and Evaluations

Responsibilities

Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-12.
Interpret assessment data and prepare comprehensive reports.
Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and special education teams.
Provide recommendations to support student academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
Active North Carolina School Psychologist licensure/certification or eligibility to obtain.
Experience conducting assessments and evaluations in a school setting preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills.
