What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive oncology and hematology care for adult patients (18+)
• Support the new practice opening (scheduled for 09/08/2026) with full-time coverage
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, support staff, and patient navigators
• Utilize EMR (EPIC) for documentation and care coordination
• Maintain adherence to all clinical standards and protocols
• Participate in patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up
• Contribute to clinic development and process improvements

What You Need

• Required:
  • PA medical license or IMLC LOQ
  • Board certification or active eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
  • DEA license
  • Minimum of 2+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience preferred
• Preferred:
  • Experience working with community-based practice settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

This position supports a new Hematology/Oncology practice opening in Lewisburg, PA, within a facility that offers 131 beds and serves adult patients.
