Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representatives to join our on-site team in Eatontown, NJ. This full-time role focuses on engaging prospective and existing customers through phone and email, building relationships, and closing sales using company-provided warm leads — no cold calling required! Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and email outreach using provided leads Present and explain CPS service plans to prospective customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Close sales and consistently achieve monthly performance targets Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and results-driven mindset Ability to build rapport and effectively handle objections Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and results-driven mindset Ability to build rapport and effectively handle objections Preferred Skills Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is a plus Pay range and compensation package Competitive compensation package including weekly stipend, plus commissions, daily and weekly bonuses.
