This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Location(s) & Compensation: 8534-PNC - Baltimore, MD. Pays a flat rate of $20.00 wages & $5.00 non-taxable transportation incentive per clean. Site is cleaned 3 days per week, 1 hour of work, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between 6:00 pm and 11:00 pm. (NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED) 8796 - PNC - Baltimore, MD. Floor care experience & Floor care machine knowledge a plus Window cleaning experience a plus Responsibilities can include but are not limited to: Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas. Dusting Glass Cleaning Empty Trash Restocking Paper Products Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 10+ pounds regularly Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time Skills: The required skills for this position, such as janitorial duties and floor care, are essential for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
