Physical Security Manager

Ambry Genetics seeks a Physical Security Manager to oversee security programs, access control, and facility operations at their Aliso Viejo location. The role combines personnel clearance management, CCTV oversight, compliance auditing, and day-to-day facilities coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage personnel clearance program and physical security within client facilities
- Create and maintain cardholder profiles, badges, and access levels
- Oversee camera systems, conduct investigations, and perform quarterly audits
- Organize building training drills including fire, shelter-in-place, and active shooter scenarios
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, facilities maintenance, and staff supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years military, law enforcement, or physical security experience
- CCTV and security access systems expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with office administration
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lifting
Compensation: $90,000-$95,000
