General Laborer & Machine Operator | $20-24/HR | NO Experience Required!

Join a team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility as a General Laborer training to be a Machine Operator. You will play a crucial role in supporting machine operations and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid and assist machine operators in handling materials.
• Clean, organize, and maintain working areas.
• Maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

• No previous manufacturing experience required.
• Any machine operating or general labor experience a bonus.
• Ability to read a measuring tape and ruler, and use basic shop math.
• Capability to work in a high-speed packaging environment
• Ability to work overtime.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 60 lbs. throughout the day.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
