Schedule will vary, average approximately 20 hours per week. In this role a successful candidate will: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences. Provide detailed product information and recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including stocking shelves and displays. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with a positive attitude. Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to store success. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and store policies. Check-in customer vehicles into the vehicle tracking system and store keys in the designated area. Place identifier on the vehicle at the time it arrives on the property. Walk the lot daily to ensure all vehicles have been checked into the system and have been logged in or out. Schedule pick-up of completed vehicles. Handle parts related phone calls by providing pricing information to customer or gathering enough information to work with a salesperson to provide pricing. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for customer service. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
