Servicenow DeveloperAstor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a ServiceNow Developer. This is a full-time onsite position in San Diego, CA.Lead the migration of the mission-critical Oracle APEX portal to ServiceNow, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal to zero disruption to business operations.Expand ServiceNow ITSM capabilities to support IT and Facilities ticketing, help desk, dispatch, asset management, and related service workflows.Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows using App Engine based on business and operational requirements.Implement security and access controls, including CAC/MFA integration, hierarchy-based RBAC, and field-level protection for sensitive PII/PHI data.Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, manage risks, and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.Provide structured training, hands-on knowledge transfer, technical documentation, and workforce upskilling to support long-term platform adoption.Develop and maintain a System Handover Plan and training logs, ensuring all required knowledge transfer and documentation are completed before contract completion.Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives, while providing POAM-based progress reporting to government leads.
