Job Description Bank of America seeks a client‑facing associate to engage customers in the lobby, educate them on self‑service banking options, and handle cash transactions efficiently. Responsibilities Engage clients in the lobby to provide information and assistance with transactions via mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Accurately process cash transactions for clients as needed. Conduct in‑depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and guide them toward appropriate solutions. Build and maintain client relationships to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to deliver a high‑quality client experience. Operate within the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence. Collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments to broaden business knowledge and network. Manage cash responsibilities and ensure accurate cash handling. Available to work weekends and/or extended hours and willing to travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions. Over one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. At least six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (business management, business administration, finance).
