The right person will draft contracts and provide practical legal advice on a wide range of matters, including regulatory compliance. What you'll do:Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare and benefits-related agreements to support procurement efforts, business transactions, and strategic initiatives .Develop and maintain standard contract templates, playbooks, and guidelines to streamline the processes and promote consistency.Provide legal advice and counsel to business partners, ensuring informed decision-making aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirementsPartner with internal stakeholders (e.g., compliance, privacy, financial services, and intellectual property) to assess and manage legal risk.What you'll bring:4+ years of relevant legal experienceStrong background in health care and/or food benefits lawProven ability to draft, review, and negotiate contractsExperience and comfort working within cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of integrity and ethical conduct.Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
