Trade Partner contract management (vendor setup package compliance) Maintain vendor pricing records and facilitate approved modifications Contractual compliance and continuance (scope of work, insurance, training) Support daily division operations and category management (request for information and change management) Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies Cross train with other Nationalized Asset Teams to backfill workflow needs What Will You Bring? Strong computer and analytical skills Excellent process management and organization skills Open communication and collaboration skills BS/BA in Construction, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred Experience in Residential Construction preferred Experience with Sapphire, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams) and other related applications preferred This is subject to change based on needs or if special circumstances should arrive.
