About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to spearhead the expansion of its digital health and telehealth business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the brand's marketing strategy, including growth planning, go-to-market for new conditions and channels, and driving demand across various marketing channels. This role is pivotal in owning the brand's growth strategy, positioning, and identity, and requires a strategic and hands-on approach to ensure the brand's messaging is consistent and effective across different patient populations. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with developing direct-to-consumer and B2B strategies, managing the marketing budget, and building and leading a high-performing marketing team. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior marketing role. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in both brand and performance marketing, experience in expanding a brand into new markets or product lines, and a strong background in digital health, telehealth, or consumer health. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing marketing across multiple distribution channels, including DTC, telehealth platforms, and B2B. Fluency with data, executive presence, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various functions are essential. Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulatory considerations is a plus.
