Line Cook Opportunity At Camp Restaurant
Table 301 restaurant groups newest restaurant, Camp, is seeking enthusiastic line cook candidates to join our team!

Table 301 is now hiring hospitable, outgoing and passionate individuals who are dedicated to guest service. Table 301 restaurants are great places to dine partly because they are great places to work. We work hard. We focus all of our energies on delighting our guests, and we have fun doing it. Over the past 20+ years, we've built a company culture we're proud of and would love to add more people to our team who are as committed to hospitality as we are.
Objective: To prepare all hot/cold food items. Be responsible for consistency and quality production and ensure all food is served according to specification.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
- Insure station is set for service.
- Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station.
- Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.
- Refrigeration and serving of cold food.
- Production of orders.
- Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Display basic knife skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in fast paced, culinary environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Must have availability to work weekend, AM & PM shifts

The chef-driven restaurant will offer Modern American fare in a cool, comfortable and lively setting with outdoor patio service and a rooftop bar. Table 301 is proud of the company culture it's built over the past 20+ years.
