The ideal candidate will exhibit a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed. Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment. Participate in departmental operations and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. Shift Details Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours each, primarily nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM). Weekend shifts: 2 weekend shifts or a total of 4 weekend days within a 6-week period. Holidays: Work on holidays as needed. No on-call duty required. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department (ED) is required. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIH) certifications are required. Preferred certifications include: CPI, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Experience with EPIC electronic health record system is required.
