Assembly Supervisor - Contract To Hire

Join a company known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the manufacturing of server cabinets! They are seeking an Assembler in Seabrook, NH. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on teamwork and safety.

Shift of the Assembly Supervisor:
Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, with required overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pay Rate/Salary of the Assembly Supervisor:
$30.00 - $35.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Assembly Supervisor

• Supervise, coach, and develop assembly personnel
• Assign daily work orders and prioritize production schedules
• Monitor workflow to ensure production deadlines are met
• Maintain high standards of product quality and workmanship
• Perform final quality inspections as needed
• Train new employees and cross train existing team members
• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings
• Coordinate production activities with Engineering, Shipping, and Plant Management
• Stage materials and organize upcoming production jobs
• Attend production meetings and provide department status updates
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and organization
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications of the Assembly Supervisor:

• 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
• Ability to read mechanical drawings or blueprints
• Proficiency using hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, and use of hand tools
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), Preferred but not required.
