Summary The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds client relationships, contributes to sales goals, and supports an inclusive, high-performing store team. Responsibilities Understand customer needs and provide personalized product and styling recommendations. Grow individual business through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools. Support team sales plans and meet or exceed individual performance indicators. Help coach colleagues, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a positive team environment. Participate in store initiatives, training, community outreach, and talent sourcing. Requirements Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to use digital tools for customer engagement preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
