Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC/Psychologist)

Position Overview LifeStance Health is hiring part‑time and full‑time licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW or PsyD). The role involves providing integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy, and is ideal for clinicians experienced in primary care settings and working with people across the lifespan. Responsibilities Embedded within a pediatric office as part of the pediatric care team. Provide evidence‑based therapies (CBT, motivational interviewing, brief targeted treatment) to pediatric and adolescent patients with acute to chronic health and mental health concerns. Conduct screening for depression, anxiety, and other conditions and frequently consult with medical professionals. Maintain a fast‑paced and interdisciplinary work environment. Qualifications Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW or PsyD). Excellent communication skills and clinical acumen. Experience working in a primary care environment and with people across the lifespan utilizing empirically supported treatments.
