What You’ll Do As a Hybrid Account Executive you will manage a book of business, retain and grow existing accounts while also developing new customers in the legal community within an assigned territory. You will maintain ongoing client relationships, use prospecting and consultative selling skills, and drive new business for FindLaw web‑based marketing and advertising solutions. Responsibilities Manage a book of business in an assigned territory through renewal retention and portfolio growth; expand new customer base via prospecting, value articulation and cold calling. Consult with clients on web‑based marketing strategies that meet business needs and generate business. Create and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the Salesforce.com CRM database, tracking activity, closing, forecast, ratios and market intelligence. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of products, services and client business needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute strategy, resolve client concerns and build relationships. Act as the primary internal point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Qualifications 4‑year college degree or equivalent experience. Experience in sales/account management in a professional B2B environment. Proven record of revenue retention, sales success, fast growth and achievement at 100%+ performance. Proven record of developing new customer accounts through heavy prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting and closing. Previous sales experience in digital marketing and/or the legal industry a plus. Working knowledge of sales processes, methods and techniques. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate into products and services. Excellent communication and persuasion skills; ability to present conceptual products effectively. Strong organization, time‑management and independent work skills. This is a virtual position; travel may be required for annual sales training. Compensation: $75,000 base + uncapped commission, average $55,000‑$75,000; OTE $140k.
