Senior Financial Analyst OpportunityThe Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for advanced financial analysis, reporting, and accounting functions to support strategic and operational decision-making across North Central Health Care (NCHC). This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintains compliance with regulatory and accounting standards, and provides actionable insights through financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance metrics. This position collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and drive continuous improvement in financial operations and reporting. This role requires a self-directed, independent contributor capable of leading projects and executing work autonomously while collaborating effectively across the organization.Compensation and benefits include a starting pay range of $75,712 - $82,430, based on education and experience. This position is on-site in Wausau, WI. Applicants must be local or able to commute for this role.
