- # Clinical Pharmacist Specialist Emergency Medicine Pharmacist SpecialistApplylocations: New Albany, INtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R26102280**Summary****Job Description:****Seeking Clinical Pharmacist Specialist- Emergency Medicine!****Baptist Health Floyd, Pharmacy Services****Full-Time (40 Hours/Week), Four Days (8:30am-7pm)**Baptist Health Pharmacy services are committed to ensuring the optimal safe and effective use of medications for all patients through advanced technology and innovative application of skilled personnel that will improve clinical outcomes and community health in a value-based environment.**What You'll Do:**Provide pharmaceutical care to support antimicrobial stewardship for Baptist Health Floyd patients in the**Emergency Department** including optimizing medication therapiesDrug preparation and distribution for medications at Baptist Health FloydEvaluate, input, and verify new medication ordersAssist providers and other healthcare professions by serving as a drug information resourceManage Pharmacy inventory**What You Need:**Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a minimum of a BS in Pharmacy with a PharmD (Preferred)Indiana Pharmacist RegistrationHospital experience and completion of an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency (Preferred)Board certification in pharmacotherapy, **Emergency Medicine** or equivalent (preferred)ACLS Certification (Will Provide)**We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
