Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Fully Remote)

- This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of a global affiliate marketing program.
- You will build and scale a diverse network of partners and use data to drive commercial strategy and program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies across international markets.
- Manage affiliate relationships end to end, including tracking, contracts, commissions, and incentives.
- Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tracking and conversion.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience in a B2C subscription or consumer technology environment.
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact or PartnerStack, plus strong analytical and commercial judgment.
