Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and devise personalized therapy strategies to support their functional goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Employ proven therapeutic methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to ensure continued progress and success at home.
• Monitor Progress and Document Outcomes: Keep track of patient advancements and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery.

Education and Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school.
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education and specialized certifications.

Required Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification mandatory.
