Facilities Account Manager

This role offers full ownership of service delivery, team leadership, and financial performance across both hard and soft services. What You’ll Do: Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for a single client account, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship management. Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of hard and soft services, including facilities maintenance, janitorial, security, and more. Team Management: Lead a team of three direct reports, providing coaching, development, and performance management. Financial Ownership: Take full responsibility for the account’s P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Service Excellence: Monitor and improve service levels, ensuring contractual obligations are met and exceeded. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with client goals and CBRE standards. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation plans. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and communication. What You’ll Bring: 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, account management, or operations leadership. Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of excellence. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L. Exceptional communication and client relationship skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship available). Why CBRE?
