The Fitness Coach is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service and Private Training. Coaches are responsible for the successful attainment of revenue goals pertaining to Private Training and Supplements. This position requires a minimum of one day on the weekend.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Sales execution on key metrics including selling and conducting private and small group training with members, assisting members and encouraging member involvement in private training, ensuring accurate administration of client programs, arriving on time for training appointments, assisting in revenue-generating activities, achieving personal monthly revenue objectives, conducting guest tours and completing sales, executing an effective prospecting strategy, independently scheduling and managing client appointments, coordinating directly with clients to arrange sessions, maintaining up-to-date scheduling records, and handling self-directed appointment setting.
• Member experience which includes focusing on changing lives through service, science, and sales, being a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its "Train Different" philosophy, bringing T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life, conducting safe and effective private training sessions, maintaining the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces, and responding professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff.
• Miscellaneous duties which include following all policies and procedures regarding payment transactions, following all guidelines in the UFC Gym Employee Handbook, documenting daily workouts for liability, being knowledgeable of the club facility and services, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule set forth by the Fitness Manager, daily 1-1 check-in meeting with Fitness Manager and bi-monthly meetings, adhering to meal and rest break periods, and clocking in and out for all shift times.

Organization relationships include reporting to the Fitness Manager and interacting with all levels of management and staff within Corporate and Field offices, in the clubs, and within the Fitness team.

Required qualifications include:

• Knowledge, skills & abilities including in-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques, ability to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment, knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, strong interpersonal and communication skills, friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude, ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, strong customer service focus, strong organizational and time management skills, computer proficiency with basic skills in Word and Excel, and ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekends.
• Minimum certifications/educational level including current dotFIT certification, current CPR/AED certification, certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym, high school diploma or general education degree (GED), 4-year degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred), and current USA Wrestling Copper Certified (for wrestling coaches).
• Minimum experience including 1 year of related experience (preferred).
• Physical requirements including ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day, ability to regularly lift heavy weights, squat, bend, reach, and spot, and ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 45+ pounds.

Compensation: $27.50 - $52.00 per hour
