OR Registered Nurse – Circulator

Job Summary
The OR Registered Nurse (Circulator) provides nursing care and clinical support to patients throughout surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and maintaining appropriate operating room standards.

Assignment Details

• Position: OR RN – Circulator
• Schedule: 4 × 10-hour day shifts
• Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call: 2–3 call shifts per month
• Local Candidates: Not accepted within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Submission: SBL Coversheet required at the time of submission

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of OR/Circulator experience
• Active Illinois RN License

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures.
• Maintain patient safety throughout the surgical process.
• Assist with operating room preparation and coordination.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other OR staff.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and applicable safety standards.
