Marketing Specialist

Responsible for supporting independent eye care practices by managing marketing initiatives, executing strategic campaigns, enhancing brand presence, and driving business growth across multiple marketing channels.

Experience:

• Minimum of three years of related marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, project execution, and customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Adobe design programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support growth of independent eye care practices within the assigned territory.
• Oversee assigned member accounts and ensure successful execution of marketing program deliverables.
• Assist in development of annual strategic marketing plans for assigned members.
• Measure, track, and report marketing results while recommending improvements for enhanced performance.
• Optimize lead generation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing activities with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand strategy and guidelines.
• Manage project execution and performance for assigned customer accounts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Develop marketing plans, schedules, and track associated costs and billing activities.
• Serve as a trusted resource for clients and internal teams by supporting business growth initiatives.
• Participate in member calls to implement marketing initiatives and maintain customer engagement.
• Analyze response data and determine return on investment for marketing campaigns.
• Develop marketing materials and strategies including direct mail, print advertising, broadcast media, online campaigns, social media, SEM/SEO, referral promotions, and event coordination.
• Support public relations and community outreach activities for member practices.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and customize marketing collateral.
• Coordinate website development and modifications with web and media teams.
• Manage proofing processes and coordinate communication between vendors and customers.
• Create, proof, edit, and repurpose content across multiple media channels.
• Utilize CRM and data warehouse tools to monitor and report performance metrics.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and protected information.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced employees as needed.
• Attend internal and client-sponsored training sessions when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
