Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 18:45 - 07:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI preferred Must-Have: Care of Geriatric patients or past inpatient rehabilitation experience (Swing Bed Patients). Advanced skills in wound care are required. Description: Join our Acute Care unit, which has 24 beds and a patient ratio of 6-7:1. Unit staffing includes the absence of a unit secretary and tech, with no extra RN when a tech is not present. Standard medical-surgical equipment is utilized, and documentation is managed through Cerner. Scheduling requires three 12-hour shifts. Floating between units is rare. Expectations include providing a concierge-level of service within an affluent community. The culture within the unit is strong, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration. Vacancies exist due to the challenging recruitment landscape, not because of unit disarray.
